Technical Support Representative:
We seek a full time Technical Support Representative to assist with incoming technical phone calls, sort reference material, and assist with marketing and administrative needs. Key responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide correct answers to customers’/prospects’, technical questions,
Organize test data, reference files, and prior jobs. - Track Department of Transportation (DOT) submissions and approvals
- Pre-qualify sales leads
- Assist with general office assignments
- Knowledge of cement or concrete repair materials
- Strong verbal communication skills

- Ability to comprehend technical information
- Good organizational skills

Quality Coordinator:
We seek a full time Quality Coordinator to be the liaison with the Quality manager, testing laboratories, material suppliers, and packaging plants. The position is based in Cypress, CA. Key responsibilities and qualifications are shown below:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under Quality Manager to support routine quality functions Obtain product and raw material samples from regional and local plants
- Coordinate information between lab and production facilities
- Compile and report data in an organized manner
- Perform plant inspections
- Perform laboratory testing
- Manage travel and schedule
- Motivated self starter
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Familiar with laboratory practices
- Understands operations of cement handling, aggregate processing, packaging
- Computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Organized and detail oriented
- Administrative skills with filing and writing
- Able to travel
- Physically capable of handling 60 lb. bags cement products
- Minimum education: High School graduate

Plant Operating Positions:
We seek full time individuals for plant locations across the U.S. Positions include managing bulk rail to truck transfer facilities, dry goods processing and packaging, and cement plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall cement terminal management (includes responsibility for dry bag goods mixing and bagging operations at certain facilities)
- Inventory control, budgeting, and expense management
- Implementation and maintenance of plant safety and work place rules
- Personnel management responsibilities includes personnel reviews, scheduling, and supervision
- Experience in cement manufacturing, powder transport, material handling, and dry goods mixing/packaging and/or cement quality control
- Experience in railcar unloading and track operations is a plus
- 5-years supervisory experience
- Highly motivated, organized, and problem solving skills
- College degree preferred; minimum education: high school graduate
- Basic computer skills
